If you have registered and paid, and we will not open the workshop due to low participation, you will be refunded.

In the open spaces of the Yarkon Park, fresh air and ample space to help us keep social distancing, we offer you a chance to join us in unique taiko workshops.

The workshops are led by Nitay Zelniker, founder and manager of Taiko Life, and who has trained in Japan and Taiwan for 5 years. After a meditation and warm up, we will practice movement and coordination excercises, Qi Gong (Tai Chi), basic taiko drumming, and learn a taiko piece which we will drum together.

An excellent opportunity for those who are thinking of joining the taiko drumming courses and for those wanting to sample what taiko drumming is. It's a chance to get your body moving, to activate your mind and let the drumming do the rest!

It’s only when we stand behind the taiko drum with a Bachi stick (Drum stick) in our hand, feeling the vibrations of the taiko, that we finally understand the magnificence of taiko drumming!
